Renting Student Housing from Spotted Properties
Please follow the steps below to apply to rent:
Step 1: Complete the Application Form

Step 2: Submit Payments
E-transfer first and last month’s rent along with a $100 key deposit to: student@spottedproperties.ca
Step 3: Sign Documents
Once payment is received, you will shortly receive a Commitment to Rent and Lease Agreement for signing.
In order to access Spotted Properties Rental Application Form, you may be required to log in to your Gmail account.
