Renting Student Housing from Spotted Properties
Please follow the steps below to apply to rent:
- Step 1 – To secure first priority position, please e-transfer 1 month’s rent to student@spottedproperties.ca – OR you can leave a cash deposit in the office at 42 Royal ave between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
- Step 2 – Visit the office within 48 Hours of sending your e-transfer, to sign all documents. Failure to complete the process within 48 hours will result in dismissal of your application.
You must include full name, phone number, email address, and rental address. Failure to do so will result in being unable to link your transfer to the application. Then proceed to fill out your online application here:
